My research focuses on human provocation studies and basic science aimed at advancing our understanding of migraine pathophysiology. Through experimental models, I investigate the biological mechanisms underlying migraine attacks, with the aim of identifying novel signaling pathways that could potentially lead to improved therapeutic paradigms.
I acquired my medical doctoral degree from University of Copenhagen in 2018. In addition to my neurological training, I have gained broad clinical experience through positions in oncology, clinical physiology and as a general physician, providing a multidisciplinary perspective on clinical practices and research cultures.
